How to login if you lost access to your Two-Factor authenticator application
If you don't have access to your preferred authenticator application (like Google or Microsoft Authenticator), you can still securely sign in by using another method available on the login screen.
After entering your password, you will be on the 2-step verification screen. Look for the option that says "Try another method".
Selecting this option will show you the available recovery methods. We recommend trying these methods in order:
Method A: Use your recovery code (Recommended)
This is the fastest way to get back into your account. If you have this code, select the recovery code option.
What is it? You should have been asked to save a unique recovery code when you set up Two-Factor authentication.
How to use it: Select the Recovery Code option. You'll be prompted to enter the code on the next page.
Best practice: After using your recovery code to sign in, we highly recommend re-pairing your Suralink account to your preferred authenticator application.

Method B: Request a One-Time email code (If you don't have your Recovery Code)
If you didn't save your recovery code, you can request a secure code to be sent to your email address. Note that this code expires after 5 minutes.
How to use it: Select the "Email" option
Check your email: A unique 6 digit-code will be sent immediately to the email address associated with your account.
Enter the code: Enter the code on the sign-in screen. Because the code expires quickly, please complete this step as soon as you receive the email.
